EASY/ TASTY Pork Tortillas.

   In a medium frying pan heat the Oil, I use olive or sunflower.

   Fry the Pork, Chopped Onion and add Seasoning.

   Heat on low for mixing 5 mins.

   Adding Cheese, mold into a kebab like shape.

   Fry the mixture turning until dark.

   3-4 minutes.

   This gives it a BBQ like texture.

   Add the combined Pork mixture out of the pan to a Tortilla, with the remaining Cheese and Mango Chutney.

   Salt and Pepper to taste then wrap :)
