Easy Sweet Potato

   Cut the sweet potato into circles, peel, soak in water for 3 minutes, and microwave until soft.

   Add the butter, sugar and salt while the sweet potato is still hot, and mash it all together.

   Add the milk until the mixture becomes smooth.

   *It should be firm enough to shape.

   Shape the mixture and put it into aluminium cups.

   Brush on the egg yolk glaze and bake for about 5 minutes in the oven to finish.
