1 small onion, chopped
3 c. noodles
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

3 c. canned tomato juice
1 c. sour cream
minced parsley to taste
black pepper to taste

Brown beef and onion in 2 tablespoons fat in deep skillet, stirring occasionally.
