Easy Spiced Apple Sauce

   ["1. Bring pot of about 8-10 cups of water to boil.", "2. Core and peel apples. Cut into 1 inch sections.", "3. Place apples in boiling water, boil for 8-10 minutes.", "4. Drain apples. Place into blender.", "5. Pulse the blender at the ""soup"" setting (medium), mixing with wooden spoon between pulses.", "6. Once the apple mixture is uniform in a consistency you'd like, place into wire mesh strainer. This will take out any clumps.", "7. Place mixture over med-high in a sauce pan. Mix in spices. Keep on heat and stir for about 10 minutes."]
