8 ounces cheese Munster, - shredded
3 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 red onion medium, - sliced
1 pint button mushrooms - sliced
1/2 jalapeno - chopped with seeds
4 cloves garlic - chopped
29 ounces red beans can of, drained and rinsed
2 cups corn flakes - crushed
romano cheese for grating.
olive oil - for drizzling
1 pound macaroni your favorite

Preheat Oven 325 degrees:

Prepare macaroni as directed and set aside.

Heat a large frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the sliced mushrooms, garlic, jalapeno and onions to saute until the onion is soft and the garlic fragrant.

Add the milk and the butter and the beans and stir.

Butter a large baking dish. Add the cooked macaroni and top with the milk mixture and shredded cheese and half of the crushed corn flakes and toss. Grate Romano cheese over the top and toss. Top with the rest of the crushed corn flakes and more grated Romano cheese.

Drizzle olive oil over the top and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
