Easy Skillet Chops

   In a large skillet with lid, put about 1-inch water.

   Place well seasoned chops in next.

   Add sliced onions and bell pepper. Layer if necessary.

   Bring to a boil.

   Reduce heat to simmer. Cover.

   Cook 45 to 60 minutes or until tender.

   No need to stir or rotate unless you wish.

   Juices can be thickened and served with boiled spaghetti.
