Easy Shortbread Cookies

   Microwave the margarine for about a minute at 600 W and mix with the sugar with a spoon until thickened.

   Add cake flour, and mix.

   Once the mixture is blended as illustrated in the picture.

   Place the dough on top of a sheet of plastic wrap.

   Shape into a roll while wrapping in the plastic wrap.

   Then cut it into slices.

   Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 170C / 340F.

   The baking time differs depending on the oven, so please adjust it accordingly.
