Easy Pumpkin Soup

   Clean and cut the pumpkin into small pieces as well as the garlic.

   Put all the ingrediants in a pan and set to boil.

   Stir well.

   Cook until the pumpkin is easy to smash.

   And then take out of the heat.

   Let it cool for 10 mins oe straight away blend the whole mixutre.

   Check salt and pepper.

   Heat if needed.

   Add some coriander leaves on top and serve.
