Dissolve yeast in the warm water. Let stand 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine salt, 1 tablespoon olive oil, honey and cool water; add dissolved yeast. In a mixing bowl or food processor, combine the honey-yeast mixture and flour. Knead by hand or by machine until dough is smooth and elastic. If dough is too sticky, add up t 1/2 cup additional flour.

Place dough in a bowl that has been greased with safflower butter, turning once to coat top. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

Using a rolling pin, flatten dough into a circle about 12 inches in diameter. Slide onto a nonstick pizza pan. Brush dough with 1 teaspoon olive oil.

Bake in a 500 degree oven that has been preheated for 30 minutes with a pizza stone inside. (Pizza stone is optional). Bake 8 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 1 pizza crust (10 slices per crust).
