Ingredients: 4 eggs; 2 cups milk; 1 tsp. Dijon mustard; 3 cups cubed French bread; 1 cup chopped mushrooms; 1 cup chopped red pepper; 1/2 cup chopped green onions; 1/4 cup chopped deli ham; 2 cups (1/2 of 400-g pkg.) Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese; 2 Tbsp. Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits

Beat eggs, milk and mustard in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

Add remaining ingredients; stir gently to mix well.

Pour into lightly greased 12x8-inch baking dish; cover.

Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 325F.
