Put the banana into a bowl, and mash well with a large fork.

Preheat the oven to 180C.

Add the soft brown sugar and mix briefly.

Add the fresh okara and whole wheat and continue mixing.

You can also use the same fork from Step 1 to mix!

When the dough comes together, take approximately 1 tablespoon each and roll it up into a ball.

Once all of the dough dough is rolled up, press between with two hands to flatten.

Bake for 20-23 minutes at 180C preheated oven to finish.

A banana and chocolate flavored variation I changed 100 g whole wheat to 85 g whole wheat + 15 g cocoa powder.

I made this one with 90 g whole wheat + 10 g dark cocoa powder.
