Easy Mushroom Pasta

   Heat butter in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook onion until soft.

   Add mushrooms, cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

   Add combined sour cream, tomato paste and Vegemite*.

   Heat without boiling until smooth.

   Toss through the fettuccine until heated.

   Serve pasta topped with parmesan and parsley.
