Easy Mixed Rice with Canned Kabayaki-Style Pacific Saury

   Rinse the rice and put it into a rice cooker.

   Before adding water, add the * ingredients!

   Then...fill with water up to the 2 cup level, and lightly mix.

   Now, add the canned Pacific saury, liquid and all!

   Now, just set the rice cooker and wait!!

   When it's finished cooking, break up the fish, evenly mix it in, then eat up.

   It's also tasty garnished with green onions!

   Since I didn't have any, I sprinkled on parsley!

   It tasted fine and added nice color, too.

    After adding the water in Step 2, feel free to add your choice of vegetables.
