Easy microwave muffins!

   Melt the sugar with butter.

   Microwave for 1-2 minutes.

   Then beat 3 eggs and sugar.

   Add flour and vanilla essence .

   mix the egg sugar mixture and the chocolate butter mixture together and add some milk to get the consistency.

   Take a spoon, pick some mixture, let it fall.

   If it falls like a ribbon, then the mixture is correct.

   Now brush the moulds with the butter and pour 3/4 th of the batter in it.

   Microwave for 2.5 minutes.

    Take out the muffins and frost it with whipped cream and chocolate mixture if u want.

    And let it cool for some hours to settle.
