Easy Microwave Lasagna

   Mix sauce, water and ground beef.

   In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg and pepper (if you wish).

   Make sure your pan fits into your microwave.

   Layer sauce, noodles, cottage cheese mixture and Mozzarella cheese.

   Repeat layers and then end with sauce on top.

   Microwave on High for 8 minutes and then 50% power for 30 to 32 minutes.

   Let stand for 10 minutes and serve.
