1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. oregano
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. noodles
2 c. cottage cheese
2 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown meat and drain.

In a large bowl, mix together tomato juice, sauce, paste, onion, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, garlic, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.

Stir in meat.

Spread 1/3 cup meat sauce over bottom of dish.

Place 1/2 the uncooked noodles over the sauce and top with 1/2 cottage cheese and then half of Mozzarella cheese.

Repeat layers and cover with remaining sauce.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Microwave at Medium for 35 minutes, uncovered.

Place remaining Mozzarella cheese on top and continue microwaving at Medium for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
