Easy Meringue

   If using whole eggs, separate whites from yolks and put in a bowl.

   Beat whites for 3-5 mins by hand.

   Put whites, sugar, and vanilla in a mixer and begin beating on speed 4 or 6.

   Beat for 15-20 minutes or until very thick, stiff, white, and creamy.

   Put on your favorite food or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
