1 tsp Usukuchi soy sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
1 dash Vegetable oil (to stir fry the onions)
5 tbsp Vinegar

1 tbsp Usukuchi soy sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tbsp Mirin
2 tsp Katakuriko
