1 egg
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
Shortening
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. instant chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
1 c. lowfat sour cream
