Easy Lemon Chicken

   Heat a nonstick skillet on medium-high with a drizzle of olive oil.

   Place chicken tenderloins or breasts in the skillet and add Italian salad dressing (about 1/3 to 1/2 cup)it will cook off, so dont worry if you think you have too much.

   Next, pour in lemon juice (bottled works fine), 1/8 cup to start.

   You can add more after you simmer the chicken.

   Place a lid on the skillet and simmer for 4-5 minutes until chicken looks firm and white.

   You can turn it over during this time if you dont get distracted.

   After simmering and when the chicken releases from a knife, remove the lid, sprinkle on seasoning salt, and brown the chicken.

   Watch it now, because it will burn easily.

   Once browned, eat up.
