Easy Lasagne (Microwave) Recipe

   In large glass bowl, crumble grnd beef.

   Set power select at High for 2 or possibly 3 min; stir once.

   Drain.

   Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.

   Meanwhile, combine Ricotta cheese, egg and pepper.

   In 2 qt oblong baking dish, spoon 1/2 c. sauce.

   Alternately layer noodles, egg mix, Mozzarella cheese and sauce, forming 2 layers.

   Cover with plastic wrap.

   Set power select at High for 8 min and medium-low for 30 to 32 min.

    Rotate twice.

    Noodles should be tender.

    Top with Parmesan cheese; let stand, covered, 15 min before serving.
