1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. diced celery
1 lb. cottage cheese
6 to 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Add oil and bay leaves. Brown ground beef and drain.

Add tomatoes, water, tomato paste, celery, spaghetti mix, salt and garlic to taste and mustard. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
