Easy Kabocha Soup in a Blender

   Cut the kabocha squash into 3 cm pieces.

   Finely chop the onion.

   Place the kabocha squash and onions on a plate.

   Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 minutes.

   Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree for 1 minute.

   Strain the soup to remove the kabocha skin and onion roots.

   Discard the skin and roots.

   Transfer the soup to a pot and heat for 1-2 minutes.

   Season with salt and pepper, and it's ready to serve.
