Ingredients: 400 grams Ground pork (or beef); 1/3 Onion (grated); 1 clove Garlic (finely chopped); 20 grams Grated cheese; 1 Egg; 10 grams Panko; 1 Salt and pepper; 1 Thyme (if you have some); 1 Oregano (if you have some); 1 Nutmeg (optional, if you have it); 1 Tomato Sauce

400 grams Ground pork (or beef)
1/3 Onion (grated)
1 clove Garlic (finely chopped)
20 grams Grated cheese
1 Egg
10 grams Panko
1 Salt and pepper
1 Thyme (if you have some)
1 Oregano (if you have some)

1 Tomato Sauce

In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except for the tomato sauce.

Roll into bite-sized balls and arrange on a heat-proof tray.

Bake in an oven preheated to 190C for 15 minutes.
