1 c. applesauce
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. lemon extract
2 tsp. orange extract
1 lb. fruitcake mix (mixed and dried candied fruit)
1/2 lb. chopped dates
1/2 lb. seedless raisins
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. all purpose flour
