Easy!! Crispy Chocolate Dipped Puff Pastry

   Place the frozen puff pastry in the refrigerator for 30 minutes (15 minutes if you're in a hurry.)

   Cut the puff pastry into equal sizes.

   Make holes with a fork (this makes them crispy).

   Coat one side of the puff pastry with granulated sugar.

   Preheat the oven to 210C and bake for 17 minutes.

   Granulated sugar makes them shiny!!

   These are crispy and delicious.

   Let cool on a rack.

   Meanwhile, melt chocolate in the microwave.

    Dip the bottom of the puff pastry into the chocolate.

    The amount is up to you.

    Chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set I drew lines using leftover chocolate.

    You can change the chocolate or pastry shapes.

    It's also cute if you cut into shapes with cookie cutters.

    It may be a bit expensive for gifts, but if you use couverture chocolate, it's easy to gift wrap.
