Easy Cobbler Pie Topping

   Prepare fruit or berries and sugar to taste (can use fresh or canned).

   Mix flour and sugar.

   Add beaten egg and mix until mixture is like coarse cornmeal.

   (I do this with my fingers; if preferred you can use a fork.)

   Sprinkle mixture over fruit or berry cobbler filling in a pie plate or glass long dish.
