Easy Chocolate Mud Recipe

   Note: cooking time for microwave oven will vary according to your microwave model.

   beat the eggs, evaporated milk, butter and sugar in a bowl

   put in microwave oven and cook for one minute.

   take out bowl and beat the mixture again.

   put back in microwave for one minute.

   do this three more times.

   the liquid should get thick and gooey.

   in a chopper, chop biscuits away till finely chopped (should be fine crumbs).

   add the cocoa powder to this.

    slowly add the bowl contents to this and mix.

    Optional: top with whipped cream and sprinkle Hershey's (or any brand) chocolate powder.
