Easy Chocolate Ganache Recipe Using 10% Cream

   Heat your chocolate chips in the microwave on the DEFROST mode until they are melted. Always use the *defrost* mode when heating chocolate

   Gently pour in your 10% cream and slowly mix with a whisk or a spoon until completely combined. - At this point you may heat the entire mixture in your microwave a few more seconds ( about 15 seconds or so ) so that it becomes warm enough that all the chocolate is fully melted.
