Easy Bread Pudding

   Combine milk and hot water.

   Mix eggs and vanilla; add to milk mixture and pour over bread.

   (I used leftover biscuits.)

   Lightly butter or spray with nonstick spray a 1 1/2 or 2-quart baking dish.

   Pour mixture into dish and place dish in a pan of hot water.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for about 35 to 40 minutes.
