Place egg whites in elect.mixer and form meringue by gradually adding white sugar while continue mixing until the texture is semi firm.

Place meringue on top of the greased wax paper and spread evenly using a spatula and bake for 20 to 22 min.

In a pre heated oven 350F fahrenheit until the color of the top part turns light to midium brown.

While meringue is in the oven, combine the egg yolks and condensed milk in a small cooking pot.

Apply heat and cook the mixture while continuously stirring until the texture becomes thick.

Add vanilla extract and turn off heat then mix thoroughly and set aside.

Remove meringue from the oven and cool down for few min.

Then sprinkle icing sugar on top of meringue followed by the same size of baking sheet then flip the meringue and spread the filling (egg yolk,condensed milk and vanilla extract) evenly in the meringue then roll the meringue then transfer to a serving plate and serve.
