Easy beef stroganoff

   slice beef across the grain into cubes or thin strips

   in a skillet over medium heat, cook butter, beef, mushrooms and onion

   add minced garlic when meat is almost done.

   stir in soup and paprika

   heat fully

   stir in sour cream

   serve over hot cook noodles
