1 large onion, sliced
2 large green peppers, sliced
1 c. chopped mushrooms (optional)
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
salt and pepper
2 pkg. au jus gravy mix (dry)
2 lb. or more sirloin tips
water
4 beef bouillon cubes
noodles or rice

Place sirloin tips in bottom of pan.

Add onion, peppers, mushrooms, stewed tomatoes and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Spread the packages of gravy mix over ingredients to cover.

Drop in the beef bouillon cubes.

Add water to the point where the beef is covered.

Stir all ingredients occasionally as they cook.
