Easy Alfredo Sauce

   Throw everything but the parsley into the blender & buzz it on High speed for about 20 seconds.

   Place sauce in a cold non stick pan, add parsley, turn heat to medium high & stir with a spatula or wooden spoon making sure to scrape the bottom of the pan to prevent milk from scalding & sticking.

3. 3

   Bring sauce to a boil for 30 seconds to thicken then turn off until pasta is ready to be added.
