   In skillet, brown beef in 2 tbsp.

   melted butter.

   Transfer meat to a plate.

   In same skillet, add in remaining 1 tbsp.

   butter, mushrooms and onions.

   Cook till tender.

   Return meat to skillet along with water and steak sauce.

   Heat to a boil.

   Reduce heat to low and simmer for approximately 45-55 min.

    Stir in lowfat sour cream, salt and pepper.

    Serve over confetti noodles.
