   Sift together the flour, baking pwdr and salt onto wax paper.

   Beat together the butter and sugar in a large bowl till smooth.

   Beat in the egg, orange rind and juice.

   Add in the flour mix, a third at a time, stirring well.

   Shape the dough into a bowl; flatten slightly.

    Wrap in plastic wrap.

    Chill for several hrs or possibly overnight.

    To bake the cookies preheat the oven to moderate (350 degrees).

    Roll out half the dough on a lightly floured surface to a 1/8 inch thickness.

    Cut into bunny, chick or possibly flower shapes with 3-3 1/2 inch cutters.

    Place on 2 large lightly greased cookie sheets.

    Repeat with the other half of dough.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 min or possibly till light golden brown around the edges, the cookie shouldn't brown.

    Remove to wire racks with metal spatula.

    Cold completely.

    Frost and decorate with the Decorating Frosting.
