E Z Butter Cookies

   Mix butter until very, very soft.

   Add sugar and beat until well blended.

   Add flour slowly until well blended.

   Press evenly onto two cookie sheets.

   When still warm, cut into sticks.

   You can press chopped nuts or sesame seed onto top before baking. Bake at 350u00b0 until very light brown.

   Watch them as they brown very quickly.
