If using fresh apples, please slice, core, and peel them. In a small or medium bowl mix together Flour, White Sugar, and Cinnamon. In medium size bowl mix Butter and Brown Sugar. Place a layer of apples in the pie shell and sprinkle flour mixture over apples; place down another layer of apples and add the rest of the mixture on top of the apples. Dot the pie with about 2/3's of the Brown Sugar mixture, saving the last 1/3 for the top. Roll out the extra pie shell and cut into strips, placing them atop the pie. Finish by placing the remaining Brown Sugar mixture on top of the pie. Pre-heat oven to 375F. Bake pie for 40-45 minutes. Oven Temps may vary!
