Dulce De Leche Mousse

   Hydrate the gelatin sheets in cold water.

   Melt the dulce de leche using a double boiler.

   Warm the milk and add the hydrated gelatin to it.

   Add this mixture to the dulce de leche.

   In a bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

   In another bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff.

   Mix cream and eggs with the dulce de leche, mixing carefully to keep it light and fluffy.

   Pour into a mold and refrigerate for 2 hours.

   Decorate with the crushed graham cracker.
