3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup canned dulce de leche
