Dulce De Leche And Crunchy Pine Nut Biscuit Cake

   Put the gelatin in a bowl of cold water to soften it.

   In a saucepan, mix the cream with the dulce de leche.

   Heat the mixture. Squeeze the gelatin, and put it in the pan.

   Stir the mixture, and then whisk for about 2 minutes.

   Fill flexible silicon molds 2/3 full with cream mixture, and place the cookies (with the pine nuts side towards the mixture).

   Top with the remaining cream/dulce de leche mixture.

   Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
