Dukan Tofu Breadsticks

   Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Blend the egg with tofu, yeast, a pinch of salt and rosemary. Mix until a dough forms.

   Divide the dough into two parts. Add the pizza flavoring to one of the doughs and bacon flavoring to the other.

   Place the dough in rectangular baking pans, lined with parchment paper.

   Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the dough is firm.

   Remove the pans from the oven and cut into breadsticks approximately 1 centimeter wide.

   Return to the oven with the broil function for approximately 10 minutes until the breadsticks are golden and crunchy.
