Drunken Banana Chips

   Mix the first 3 ingredients in a medium sized bowl.

   Add banana slices and cover the bowl.

   I used a plastic container with a secure lid so that I could shake them about several times.

   Refrigerate overnight.

   Drain slices on a slotted surface, rack or colander.

   There may not be a lot to drain based on absorption.

   I had a small amount which was a lovely addition to a shot of orange juice.)

   Arrange banana slices in your dehydrator and follow manufacturers instructions to dry them to your desired texture (crispy or leathery).

   Note: It may be helpful to spray the racks with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
