Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing about 1/2 inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minuts until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. This recipe is completely flexible; you can add toppings before you bake by putting a thumb print in the cookie and adding a teaspoon of jam or nuts or anything you want. make all different shapes!
