Dried Peppers-Italian Chips

   Using a thick thread, string the peppers through the stem, hang to dry until completely shriveled. When completely dried, cut stem and remove seeds, heat oil toss in the peppers roll them around in hot oil until puffed and crispy. Place in serving dish, sprinkle with salt, and add a little of the cooled oil for bread dipping.
