Soften cream cheese 15-20 min at room temperature only.

In a medium metal mixing bowl, place cream cheese.

Using scissors, cut the green onion ends into small bits over the cream cheese.

Using scissors, cut dry beef into small bits over cream cheese and cut onion bits.

Using hands or possibly fork (I use my hands), knead cheese, onions, and dry beef to mix them thoroughly, always using a rolling action of hand so the onion and beef are being spread through cheese.

Place on Saran Wrap and wrap up in shape of ball.
