1/2 cup softened butter
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 tsp orange extract
2 tbsp sour cream
6 drops red liquid food color
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup bread flour
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
15 drops yellow liquid food color

Preheat oven to 325F

In a medium bowl, cream together butter and both sugars.

Beat in both extracts, egg, sour cream and both food colorings.

Stir in flour, cornstarch and baking soda until well combined.

Drop by the heaping tbl.

Onto a greased or parchment lined cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

Let stand a few minutes then transfer to wire rack for cooling.
