Dream Puffs

   Add butter and salt to boiling water and stir over medium heat until boils.

   Reduce heat and add flour and beat until mixture leaves sides of pan.

   Remove from heat and add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each egg.

   Put 1 teaspoon of puff mixture on baking sheet and bake at 450u00b0 for 8 minutes.

   Reduce heat to 350u00b0 for another 5 minutes.
