3/4 cups Corn Flakes
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
2/3 cups Granulated Sugar
1/3 cups Plus 2 Tablespoons Salted Butter
1/3 cups Oil (Sunflower Or Canola)
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1-2/3 cup All-purpose Flour
2 Skor Chocolate Bars (about 1.4 Oz. Size), Chopped

Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy with a electric mixer with padle attachment. Add the oil in a thin stream while whisking until blended.

Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Leave a little space between each cookie. Flatten each cookie lightly with your fingers.
