Dream Casserole

   Cook noodles, drain.

   Saute beef, crumbly.

   Stir in tomato sauce and spices; simmer for 5 minutes.

   Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onions and green pepper.

   In a greased 2-quart casserole spread half of the noodles, half of meat mixture and all of the cheese-sour cream mixture.

   Then last half of noodles, cover with remaining half of meat mixture and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.

   May be assembled a day ahead, refrigerated.

   Allow extra baking time if chilled.
